I took a nutrition class at the Ocean Spring Hospital when I found out I had gestational diabetes with Aidan, it was very helpful. It was an adjustment, by the end of my pregnancy, I could have kicked myself for not doing that diet from the beginning, I felt much better. You'll get use to the finger pricking too.
